At Quest One, I drove the journey from an R&D-driven scale-up to a leading energy-transition technology company and electrolyzer OEM and helped shape its growth from 50 to over 600 employees. First as COO building out operations, then as EVP with strategic and commercial ownership of the full product portfolio. At MAN Energy Solutions (today Everllence), I built the energy storage business from zero, from product definition to go-to-market. Before that, I held positions in corporate strategy and M&A-advisory.
